Educational Philosophy
Rooted in the Reggio Emilia approach, my educational philosophy is centered around student voice and choice as the guiding force behind all learning experiences. I believe that children are capable, curious individuals who thrive when they are given the freedom to explore, express, and take ownership of their learning. My projects are intentionally inspired by their interests, ideas, and questions—creating a dynamic environment where learning is co-constructed with the child.
Community and nature are essential pillars of my practice. I view the classroom as the third teacher, intentionally curating spaces that provoke thought, invite collaboration, and reflect the children who inhabit them. Each corner, material, and display is thoughtfully designed to nurture creativity, independence, and a sense of belonging. In partnership with families and the wider community, I strive to create an environment where children see themselves as active participants in both their classroom and the world around them.

Mission
My mission is to raise the global consciousness of humanity through education by planting the seeds of empathy, awareness, and social responsibility in young learners. I aim to cultivate a generation of compassionate thinkers and changemakers who recognize their power to influence their communities and beyond. Through project-based learning rooted in curiosity, connection, and care for the planet, I seek to lay a meaningful foundation for future generations to change the world—seed by seed.
Vision
I aspire to inspire, empower, and leave a lasting legacy on the youth of America by nurturing confident, curious, and socially conscious learners. My vision is to create classrooms where students not only gain academic skills, but also develop the courage and character to lead with kindness and intention. Through my work, I hope to contribute to a future where every child feels seen, heard, and equipped to make a positive, lasting impact on the world.
